Pibrac Castle

We had a great trip to Pibrac Castle this morning.

We looked at parts of the castle that showed time passing and then wrote haiku poems. Here are 4G's.

Two Pibrac Churches

This morning we visited the two churches in Pibrac and looked really closely at the buildings. We drew sketches of both, and noticed all kinds of details.

We were lucky we could go inside the churches and look around. But there wasn't enough time to see the chateau, so we're thinking about another trip back to Pibrac... Thank you to the parent helpers that came too, and made the trip possible.

VISIT TO LUCHON

On 1st January, we went to Luchon. Luchon is a beautiful city in Midi Pyrenees.

It took 2hrs to reach there by car. First we went to tourist office to get some information about the places to visit in Luchon; then we had a walk in the city centre.

There are beautiful houses in the city, the roof of most of the houses in Luchon  Valley are grey. There are many shops in the city centre. 

Then we went to a ski resort, Superbagneres. We reached there by cable car. When I was sitting in the cable car I was bit scared and excited at the same time. After some time we reached the top of the mountains.

The view of snow covered mountains was extremely beautiful. The sun was shining brightly and it was a wonderful day. Children were sliding using sledge.

We clicked many pictures with the mountains. We played with the snow and also slide from the snow slope. We had lot of fun.Then we had our lunch. We also walked on the snow covered mountains. 

 

Then we came back to Luchon valley by cable car. 

It was really a fun trip. I enjoyed a lot.

Montpellier is so good

On 24^th October, I went to Montpellier city with my family. It was a drive of 3 hours to reach there. Montpellier is a very beautiful and old city. We visited the city centre, this place was so lively… people were juggling, playing musical instrument and someone was doing magic tricks.

 

We took a ride-tour in a small open train, which took us around the Montpellier city. There were headphones in front of each seat in the train, with audio about explaining each place we saw. The audio was available in 10 languages.

 

 

 

After this we went towards the sea side, to a place named as Palavas-les-Flot beach. Our hotel was just in front of the beach. It was the first time I saw beach and sea. Sea was so vast and endless.

On the beach, I played badminton with my parents. I collected shells and pebble stones. We made sand castles too. (I have collected pebbles for my whole class)

Next day while returning, we went to see port city Sete, too.

I had so much fun.
